I have intended to write for some time to say how impressed I am with the facilities in Devonport. I mediate in many centres both in Tasmania and on the mainland so I am able to compare facilities.

Devonport is without doubt the best presented and most convenient of all. The rooms are more than adequate for my requirements and they are always well presented. The furnishings are suited to purpose and in excellent condition and the rooms are scrupulously clean. They are sound proof which is important in my work.

The staff on the front desk are always courteous and helpful to parties who arrive, nervously, for mediations. The staff are unfailingly good humoured and welcoming.

In five years at the Hobart Corporate Centre we’ve come to really know the place and the people. During that time we’ve had one office, two offices, sometimes three. When our key people relocated geographically, we became a virtual client with no physical office. But it still feels like home. Our phones are still answered by reception.

When we’re in Hobart we utilise the board room. And we still have somewhere central to meet a client when we’re in town. The folks here have been amazingly flexible giving us the support and accommodation we’ve wanted as our business needs have changed.
